Our Founder
After graduating in 2007, he gained experience at The Hyatt Residency and The Claridges in Delhi, where he also completed industrial training. After five years in Delhi, he returned to Shillong to embark on his own culinary journey.
Our Story
The Chicken Wagon is Shillong’s first food truck, delivering quality food with speed and flavor. From a single location to five across Shillong, we now serve thousands of customers every month. Our journey has been one of rapid growth and unwavering commitment to great food.
